What it offers is an architecture where sensitive mail never reaches us in the first place: no mailbox connection, an encrypted database on your own computer and message content that is never stored on our servers or used for training. Why does no mailbox connection matter for regulated work?
Because mailbox access is all or nothing. A connected assistant that sorts and drafts has to be able to read the whole inbox, including client, patient or case material nobody agreed to share. ReciteMail never connects. The only content it ever sees is the single message you choose to bring in. There is no standing access to disclose, review or revoke.
Is ReciteMail certified for regulated industries?
