Does ReciteMail see all our client accounts at once?
No, it sees none of them. There is no mailbox connection. No vendor ever holds your accounts' correspondence in one place. You bring in one message at a time and everything else stays sealed in your own inbox.
We sign NDAs with clients. Does using ReciteMail breach them?
That is a question for each NDA's wording. We will not pretend otherwise. What we can say precisely is what happens to text you bring in: it is processed over a secure connection to draft your reply, stored only in an encrypted database on your own computer, never stored on our servers and never used for training. Many confidentiality clauses turn on exactly those facts.
Can it match different tones for different clients?
It learns your voice from emails you import. Templates adapt per message rather than pasting in static text. Most agencies keep one house voice with per-client details filled in each time, which is what keeps every account manager sounding like the agency.
Does it handle the supplier side too, like freelancers and printers?
Yes. Suppliers, freelancers and partners are a separate audience with a firmer register, their own templates and their own banned words. The approval chase to a client and the deadline chase to a freelancer come out in the right tone for each.
