Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 June 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Velora Prima Ltd ("ReciteMail", "we", "us"), a company registered in Ireland (company number 797589), with its registered office at Workhub, 51 Bracken Road, Sandyford, Dublin D18 CV48, Ireland, for your use of the ReciteMail application and website. By installing or using ReciteMail, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.
1. The service
ReciteMail is a desktop application for Windows that helps you draft email replies in your own voice, along with related features such as paraphrasing, translation, dictation, research, and revision. ReciteMail assists you in writing. It does not send email on your behalf, and you remain in control of what you send.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use ReciteMail. The built-in plan requires an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your password secure, and to be responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at info@recitemail.io if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Free trial
We offer a 7-day free trial of the built-in plan, with no credit card required to start. During the trial you can use the product within fair-use limits. When the trial ends, you can choose to subscribe to continue using the built-in AI features.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal
- The built-in plan is offered at EUR 29.99 per month or EUR 299 per year, as shown at checkout. Prices may change, and we will give notice of changes before they affect you.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
- Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Applicable taxes may be added based on your location.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal, reachable from the account area in the app. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
5. Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods. Some jurisdictions give consumers a right to withdraw from digital purchases. Where that right applies to you, we will honour it in line with the law. If something has gone wrong with your billing, contact info@recitemail.io and we will look into it.
6. Fair use and acceptable use
The built-in plan includes usage limits to keep the service sustainable and to protect against abuse. You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or resell access to the AI features.
- Use automated means to exceed usage limits or to put unreasonable load on our systems.
- Use ReciteMail to create unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or abusive content, or to violate the rights of others.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or circumvent the security of the service, except where the law expressly permits it.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
7. AI output and your responsibility
ReciteMail produces drafts to help you write faster. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before you use or send it, and for making sure it is accurate, appropriate, and compliant with any rules that apply to you. ReciteMail does not guarantee that output is correct, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
8. Your content
You keep all rights to the emails, drafts, and other content you create with ReciteMail. We do not claim ownership of it. As explained in our Privacy Policy, your content lives on your device, and we do not store the content of your messages or drafts on our servers.
9. Third-party services
ReciteMail relies on third parties to function, including Google (for the Gemini AI model and search grounding) and Stripe (for payments). Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third party's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, but we choose them carefully and pass through only what is needed.
10. Intellectual property
ReciteMail, including its software, branding, and website, is owned by Velora Prima Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application in line with these terms. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from it except as the law allows.
11. Disclaimers
ReciteMail is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or always available. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReciteMail and Velora Prima Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Termination
You can stop using ReciteMail and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we are required to by law. On termination, the licence in section 10 ends, though sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions about these terms? Email info@recitemail.io.
